Terms & Conditions
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Boardroom Talent System, including the online job application form and SMS messaging program operated by The Boardroom Intermediate Holdco LLC ("Boardroom," "we," "our," or "us"). By submitting an application or opting in to SMS communications, you agree to these Terms.
1. Application Use
The Boardroom Talent System is provided for the sole purpose of applying for employment opportunities with Boardroom Salon for Men, Finley's Barbershop, and affiliated locations operated under The Boardroom Intermediate Holdco LLC. By submitting an application, you certify that:
- All information provided is accurate and complete to the best of your knowledge
- You are legally authorized to work in the United States
- You are 18 years of age or older
- You hold or will hold any professional licenses required for the position you are applying for
Submission of false, misleading, or incomplete information may result in disqualification from consideration or termination of employment if discovered after hiring.
2. SMS Messaging Program Terms
SMS PROGRAM DISCLOSURE
By checking the SMS opt-in box on our application form, you agree to the following:
- Program name: Boardroom Talent System — Recruiting Communications
- Sender: Boardroom Salon for Men / The Boardroom Intermediate Holdco LLC
- Purpose: Recruiting and hiring communications related to your job application
- Message types: Application confirmations, status updates, interview scheduling, interview reminders, hiring decisions
- Message frequency: Varies; typically 2–10 messages per active application
- Message & data rates: Standard message and data rates may apply
- To opt out: Reply STOP to any message at any time
- For help: Reply HELP or email recruiting@boardroomsalon.com
- Consent: Not a condition of applying for or receiving employment
3. SMS Opt-In and Opt-Out
Opting In: You opt in to our SMS program by checking the SMS consent checkbox on our online application form. By doing so, you provide express written consent to receive autodialed and/or pre-recorded text messages at the mobile number you provide.
Opting Out: You may opt out at any time by:
- Replying STOP to any SMS message from us
- Emailing recruiting@boardroomsalon.com with your name and phone number
After opting out, you will receive one final confirmation message. No further messages will be sent except as required by law. Opting out does not affect your application status or employment candidacy in any way.

4. Supported Carriers
Our SMS program is supported by all major US carriers including AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, Sprint, Boost Mobile, MetroPCS, U.S. Cellular, and others. Carrier support is not guaranteed for all carriers. Boardroom is not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages resulting from carrier network issues.
5. Accuracy of Information
You are responsible for ensuring the mobile phone number you provide is accurate and belongs to you. You agree to notify us immediately if your phone number changes. We are not responsible for SMS communications sent to incorrect or reassigned numbers.
6. No Employment Guarantee
Submission of an application does not guarantee an interview or offer of employment. Boardroom reserves the right to decline any application, close any position, or modify hiring criteria at any time without notice. Consent to SMS communications is not a condition of employment consideration.
7. Intellectual Property
The Boardroom Talent System, including its design, content, and functionality, is the property of The Boardroom Intermediate Holdco LLC. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of this system without written permission.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Boardroom shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the talent system or SMS program, including but not limited to lost data, missed messages, or technical failures beyond our reasonable control.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of Travis County, Texas.
10. Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page will reflect any changes. Continued use of our application system after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
